Health Exporter
Auto sync for Apple Health
Coming soon to the App StorePick the Health data, choose when it goes and where. From then on Health Exporter sends it by itself, as JSON or CSV.
What it sends
Activity, heart, sleep, workouts with their routes, body measurements, vitals, nutrition, hearing and mobility, cycle tracking, mind and symptoms, and the rest of what Apple Health keeps. You choose the groups, or single metrics.
When it sends
As new data arrives, after each workout, once last night's sleep is in, or on a schedule: every hour, every day at a set time, or on the days you pick. iPhone only lets apps read Health data while it's unlocked, so anything missed goes out the next time you unlock.
Where it sends
- AI agent
- Your own agent, such as Hermes, with signed requests.
- Webhook
- Any address you run, with an optional signing secret and headers.
- Google Drive
- A file per day in a Health Exporter folder.
- Google Sheets
- A row per day in a spreadsheet the app creates.
- Gmail
- The export, emailed to you.
- Dropbox
- Files in the app's own Dropbox folder.
- iCloud Drive
- Files in the Health Exporter folder, on all your devices.
- On My iPhone
- Files you can open in the Files app.
You can also export any days by hand and share the file.
Your data
Your Health data goes from your iPhone straight to the places you choose. There's no account and no server of ours in between, and the app collects nothing about you.
If you connect Google Drive, Google Sheets or Gmail, the app can only create and update its own files and spreadsheets and send email to you. It can't read your other files or your mail.
Price
Try everything free for 7 days, then €12 a year. Or pay €1.99 a month, or €30 once. Prices can differ by country; the App Store shows yours.
